This deffenition does not even cover the half of it. The government calls factory farms CAFO's (or Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations.) In these CAFO's animals are confined, and crammed into extremely unsanitary conditions. They are often standing in their own feces and do not have room to turn around. These animals are put in CAFO's to live a short and miserable life, never to see the slightest ounce of daylight without being on their way to slaughter.

The Goal
The goal of this website is not to tell everyone who views the site to become a vegetarian, or vegan, but for people to be aware of what goes behind making their hamburger. Raising awareness is just the first step in what could be a huge movement because most of the truly horrific information is kept from the general public.
