While discussing factory farms one is more likely to discuss the issues of the animal, and this is all well and good, but it is leaving out a large part of the factory farming horrors. The workers are treated almost as badly as the animals are in these CAFO's, and it is important to get this information out.
Factory farms make work tasks especially easy, they mostly consist of doing one action over again so the workers are very easily replaced. Majority of factory farm workers are undocumented, for the farms find these workers are less likely to complain about working conditions and wages. There are multiple health violations when it comes to factory farming as well, for whatever diseases and bacteria the animals are exposed to, the workers are as well.

Chicken hanging workers have extremely rough jobs in particular, for they hang up to 35 chicken per minute. These birds fight back and often defecate on the workers below.
